How do I sign up for Global Call Connect?
Simply choose a service plan and fill out our online sign up form.

How do I place a long distance or international call?
Simply dial one of our local access numbers or toll free numbers and dial your destination number once connected. You will not be required to enter a PIN as long as you are calling from a number you have registered with our system.

Can I use Global Call Connect from any phone?
Yes, Global Call Connect can be used on any phone, fixed or mobile.

Can I use Global Call Connect outside the United States?
Yes, we currently provide access numbers in over 45 countries around the world, so you can access your account when you travel. Most competitors only allow calls from the U.S. and Canada. See available countries with local access numbers.

Do I need to enter my PIN each time I place a call?
No, we offer PIN less calling for your convenience, which allows you to register a phone for our system to recognize when you place a call.

Can I prepay for Global Call Connect service?
Yes, we offer prepaid plans that allow you to set your own budget. The balance you prepay will remain in your account until you use it up in call minutes.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No, we do not require a contract for any of our services. You have the ability to cancel at any time without paying any fees.

How many call minutes do I get with Global Call Connect?
The number of minutes is dependent upon which plan you choose, the origination country you are calling from, and the destination country you are calling to. In order find out the number of minutes for each country, please view our rates.

Is there a minimum purchase required to start selling Global Call Connect?
No, there is no investment needed to start your own international long distance calling business.

Yes, we offer full back office support and technical support to all of our partners.

No, there are absolutely no fees or charges, neither to sign up, nor on a monthly basis. You will only be charged for the actual minutes you use and nothing else.
